We will text you when your pet’s prescription is ready for pickup. 
Please allow 48 hours for our staff to process all refill requests.

*Spay, neuter and other surgeries are available to current clients only.  If you are not a current client but you are eligible and have reviewed our Clinic Policies and Procedures (including pricing), please call us at the number above. 

**For general public spay/neuter, you can contact Ohio Alleycat Resource (OAR) 513-871-0185, or United Coalition for Animals (UCAN), 513-721-7387.  For surgeries, you can utilize any number of local private veterinary clinics.
