Our Services

Our low-cost veterinary clinic provides subsidized, non-emergency veterinary services for pets whose families couldn’t otherwise afford them. If you already have access to affordable care at a private veterinary practice, we ask that you please continue to support that practice and help us reserve our services for the pet families who need them most.

Please note: Pets In Need is not an urgent care or emergency facility. If your pet needs
immediate care, we are not equipped to provide it.

Our Services Include:

  • Basic wellness and preventative care
  • Treatment and management of chronic conditions such as diabetes or renal failure
  • Spay/neuter surgeries
  • Other surgeries, including mass removals and enucleations
  • Dental services, including routine prophylaxis, digital x-rays, and extractions
  • Treatment of heartworm disease
  • Compassionate end-of-life care and humane euthanasia

How to Receive Our Services

  • To schedule an appointment for your pet, call us at (513) 761-7387, extension “0”. Phones and voicemails are answered live Monday – Friday, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Our call volume is huge. If you leave a voicemail, please allow up to 24 hours for a return call.
  • Appointments are scheduled by phone only – NO emails or text messages.
  • We require all pets that receive our services to be spayed or neutered. If your pet has not been altered, you must have the surgery completed within 60 days following your pet’s first appointment. If you fail to do so, a 40% surcharge may apply to the cost of any future services your pet receives at the clinic.
