Bring your pooch in a fun Halloween costume and join in as local dogs and their people participate in this fun annual event. All proceeds benefit Wyoming Youth Services. Dogs compete for prizes in categories including "Best Costume", "Best Dog Trick" and "Best Tail Wagger". This family-friendly event includes demonstrations, pet-themed vendors, refreshments, and raffles.
