Charlie Nager came to the Pets In Need veterinary clinic three years ago, when his Newfoundland mix, Shadow, was ill.

The Lockland man knew his pet was suffering, and money was tight. A friend told him about the nearby clinic, where care is provided for little or no cost to those who meet income criteria. So Nager, who was experiencing tough times, came to Pets In Need.
